Purchased a 2020 Princess V50 and with any new boat had some new boat quality issues. Princess put me in touch with Declan at Aquamare services. The team did an exceptional job working with Princess to resolve the new boat quality issues. Recently I had our V50 serviced on the west coast and had issues with my hydraulic platform lines and sensors. Aquamare did there best to support the FL west coast marina tech but based on the conversation and the extended time to complete the work order they knew the tech was over his head to resolve the issue. Knowing we had a trip deadline Aquamare sent over Juan their lead tech to drive 3hrs to west coast to finish the project so we could make our trip window. This was an important trip that included my Mom to sail her from our PGI Home to visit my brother in Naples. At 96 years young this trip was a special one!! Thanks to our great friends at Aqumare we made some special memories. Thank you Juan and Declan!!

Today was a great day in boating. As a boat owner you always dread the necessity of having to be hauled and put in the yard. The folks at Aquamare set the appointment for the haul at LMC in Fort Lauderdale. Every detail for the scope of work and repairs was prearranged and everyone was standing by. As promised the boat had all work completed, in budget and in less time than expected. Everyone at the company is helpful courteous and treats you and your boat with respect and care.
